i would bet it's because you keep the ball of your right foot on the peg while the left is continually moving down for shifting purposes...?

My idea of 'gun control' is putting as many bullets as I can into the same hole.

Iím all for gun control, I just define it a little differently. If you can put 2 rounds into the same hole from 25 meters, thatís gun control!

Do you have a chain guard? The rear tire will throw up a lot of spray and you have the exhaust on the right side to block it a bit but nothing really on the left side to block the spray. Maybe??? Not sure. The chain might throw up some spray too so if you didnt have a chain guard on there it might add to it.

You might want to ride with the ball of your feet on the footpegs. You move your feet to shift /brake and corner. It's far more........tidy. I ride in the rain all the time and usually stay reaonably dry unless there are big puddles or a monsoon type storm (Florida).
