Ah what a weekend...

Ever have one of those weekends where u do nothing but get shit done...and when it's all over, it feels great.

Mine started early sunday morning (sun/mon are my weekends hehe). Decided to find out what the noise coming from the rearend of the stang was (1968). So finally at about 11:30 pm I got the rear differential out, 2 teeth on the ring gear had small chips taken out of em. And WHY? Because the guy who fixed it last time a few years ago (I was still in Highschool and lacked the tools to do the job myself) conviently left 7 or 8 dime sized pieces of the last ring and pinion sitting in the housing .

Well ya live and learn....so hop on the trusty 10r this morning and head down to southern-gear to buy a new set...happy someone still makes em lol ! Get home, decide to chill for a bit and play a few holes of golf with my buddies. Then leave to teach a saxophone lesson, which turned into 4 with new signups (wooohooo more mod money!!!). Get home, beat the rain by 5 mins, workout, make dinner, do some laundry, change the oil and filter on the 10r, lube the chain and here I am at 1am making a useless post!

I do believe it's time for a drink ;)

Atleast I'm swapping out a 2.79 gear set for a 3.55!!! The girl will be sick now! [smilie=w:

Haha...Only have a C4 in there at the moment. Don't wanna lose all the top end hehe. Later on down the road I do foresee a late model 5.0 swap with EFI, T5, and a 9" rear...definitly will be able to beef that ratio up [smilie=b:
