24 hour+ body cramps

This isn't the first time I've had this and I can't find a damn thing on it. I'm currently sick and 3 days into in my lower back down is in a constant cramp. Walking is painful but doable. I'm not out of shape either. Stretching wise I can compete with gymnasts ex. Forward bend well over a foot past my toes. Right now I struggle to even get half a foot to my toes. I went to sleep last night cramped woke up cramped and had to deal with it all day. I have been doing intense leg exercise but with a proper diet and lots of stretching. Just weird that it comes in 3 days after being sick. Anybody experience this or can point me in the right direction?

1. Have you been hydrating properly?
Dehydration will cause cramps and soreness.

2. Do you drink dark caffinated soft drinks or tea?
The dark liquids, sugar and caffiene can and will cause your kidneys to hurt.

Drink LOTS of clear liquids and see if it clears up in a day or so.
If not, get to your doc.

I've seen too many GI's go down from not properly hydrating.

If your hair is short and nappy...
Afrosheen will make you happy.
Anyone remember that one from the 1970's ?

I think hellrazor got it. Normally I drink alot of water but I had a complete loss of appetite including fluids. Never would have guessed that could have caused the problem. I got rid of the pain with some extra strength tylenonl before bed. Just got to get y range of motion back.

I generally don't like doctors as I hate how everything is treated wry a drug for the most part instead of diet. Not saying diet is end all but most people eat like shit. I either have to break something or be critical to see a doctor and wait time are usually 6 hours so fuck that.

Rep sent hellrazor and blink. Thx to everybody else too.

Glad you are feeling better bro.
Just don't over do your back with exercise,
do some easy stretches while sitting.

You can't go wrong with some high quality H20.

Cheers

Yea, i used to get some cramps in my kidneys and a lot of that was from drinking darker drinks. I dont drink soda, but when i drink a lot of tea or anything like that more than i drink water in about a 3 or 4 day period they used to cramp up. I have been taking this for about 4 months and just feel healthier and havnt had a problem with it sense then. Just getting all those nutrients in you really helps out. Might want to check it out, print off some stuff of the information on that site and take it to a pro and ask them if they think it would help you out.
