i never liked secondarys removed and ended up stripping the head of one screw putting them back in so they stayed in. Atre is alright so long as you have fuel controller like djpc or bazzazz or whatever to add fuel then no issues with running lean

Dumping the secondaries and retuning is my first mod on any zx10r, instant power instead of having to wait for a secondary to open,if tuned right you'll never experience drivability issues that some ppl get without a tune
gaz likes this.

Ditching the sec flies was first mod i did to my gen1. Screws can be pina take out but with little patience they come out with ease.

Linear doesn't mean low power or slow. Ive owned 3 Gen 1's. I bought one brand new in 04, 05 and a used one in 06. I did many a track day on one of them. I tuned them all as well. In my opinion, they always made great power without dips. That is linear. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/linear

Because wheelie!!!
