unfortunately my wheels didn't come in yesturday. Even my supplier doesn't know why but he's going to figure it out. I go to the Oregon Dunes Tuesday for a week so hopefully their in. I will have weights before and after. My guess is a total of an additional 9 lbs off the bike.

Bullshit but the rear wheel finally came in. Will have weight numbers tomorrow, but can't install it as I broke my ankle in 3 places.

I saw this bike 2-3 years ago parked at Starbucks after one of our local Monday night Squamish rides. I was super impressed! I even hung around it to wait for your return and chat but you must've been inside grabbing a coffee or in the crowd.

I'm hoping to see your bike again with the new wheels. Maybe you could send me a PM if you're planning to do another 604 ride and I'll try to make it out too.

2013 ABS, Bridgestone T30 Evo, Woolich, Danmoto shorty & link, Rifleman's 1/5th turn, K&N, GP shift, Gen5 shock/links/dogbone, geared (-1/+0), Shorai, EBC HH, AllBallz roller steering, Ohlins NIX30, Lightech adjusters. Bestem carbon. 50,000km+ and good so far.

I've bought and built like 6 other bikes before finishing this bike. Really was always waiting for the Canadian Dollar to get stronger but never happened. Project cost 30% more than if I had done it years ago but I didn't have the money. I Decided to finish it mostly because of the stupid politics in South Africa and bought the wheels before the country goes into the shitter, I hope it doesn't. I'll post my other bikes. If a moderator see this, is there a reason the attached images no longer show? they were uploaded to this site.

The plan is to ride in 5 weeks. Today I got the staples taken out of my ankle and got an air cast. Suppose to be walking in 4 weeks. I don't do a lot of group ride anymore. I maybe ride on the street 5 times a year if that. It's an 08 with like 15000 kms. Oh my Bazzaz TC came in today aswell. I will install that in the winter.

Nice ride man. Always wondered how much a full carbon setup would shave off the weight of a Gen 3.

I cant swap the wheels yet as still waiting on my ankle and a buddy broke my chain breaker. The complete BST rear wheel according to my scale is 28lbs 3oz running a 200/55 brake rotor carrier and sprocket. I have old measurements from years ago but I'm not sure on the accuracy or relevance as the stock front wheel difference was like 2 lbs but the tires are complete different. The old rear measurement is 41.18lbs. Even if it was 10lbs difference which I doubt, that's ridiculous.
