gen 2 sag mesurment

Im really sorry if its been posted as im positive it has.but for the life of me i cant find the answer im looking for.
Guys what sag mesurment should i have.for the front and rear of my 07 zx10?
in metric please

It's the same for most sport bikes. Around 30mm street around 25mm track. Front and rear

Yep, absolutely. Also, I've found mine (06) likes a little more sag in the front. I run about 5mm more in the front than the rear.
