Thumbs down TMY10ER - Got ripped off -Paid him never got Seat and never got refund

I posted an ad asking if anyone had a Corbin seat. TMY10ER replied he had one. I sent him the money huge asked for. Based on his rating on the site I thought everything would be fine. He gave me a positive iTrader rating. I waited 1 month and no seat. Asked him to check on it and got excuses. Finally I asked either for the seat to be sent our have many money refunded. Was told huge was broke no job money was spent and huge would try to send me money. I was polite and had sympathy for someone who had hard times. Was told by him he got a job and would pay me .

Bottom line never got my money and no seat.

No more contact from him either. Real disappointment.

My advise is do not trust him as he will steal your money.

If I was closer to Texas and not in Canada I would pay him a personal visit and slap him with my 'tin'.

What's a "tin". Sounds like it might hurt.

I remember another member had an issue with him. That didn't turn out well either. I hope you get your money back at least. This may sound harsh but I have no respect for stealers and liars though.

TMY10ER has been on the forum for quite some time. Although I've never done business with him, he doesn't sound like that kind of guy who would screw someone else over.

If he's not responding, then maybe he's had some more urgent situation to deal with. His last activity on the forum was on Aug 28, so who knows...

Being a seasoned owner you should at least have an idea of how much a Corbin is worth. Money lost is $185USD.

I'm not going to die ad a result of this but three principle is with a reputable seller this is no excuse.

This had been going on since February off this year. If the guy would have sent $5 per week on PayPal the money would have been paid back by now.

There is no excuse for not responding when you owe someone money unless you're dead.
