Wasn't looking but came across an abused 05 at a garage sale this spring and couldn't resist. It had been a while since I did track days but this was going to be my dedicated track bike. It took some getting used to since I have been tracking twins for a long time but I eventually got the hang of it. After the first day out I immediately sourced ZX14 calipers, SS lines, and a few other small parts. So far I've done five days on it and get quicker every time out. Here's a few shots from NYST this summer.
I paid $3600. It was a little rough around the edges, ex stunt bike, light slide at the track, missing and incorrect fasteners.... overall it was still solid though. It also came with a full set of gear that I turned and got about $400 for so I think I made out ok
