Whats this servo mod you speak of?
I know the search button is my friend.
from what I read the servo mod is just to free up space in the tail not for performance gains right?

It removes the exhaust butterfly valve and the motor that controls it. It results in the ECU complaining via the FI light, hence the fix to trick ECU to think the motor is still there.

The exhaust butterfly is there to limit noise at low rpm. It opens at higher rpm. The removal doesn't increase power in any significant way.

guys, check out HellsRazor DIY Servo Buddy, all of your questions about the mod will be answered there. He gives you an EXCELLENT how-to. I have done it myself and am EXTREMELY happy with how well it works.
