Help! Losing power dropping cylinder intermittently

My 2011 with ABS is really running bad. I recently have been having a problem with it suddenly losing fire on a cylinder then it will start running strong again for a while then it starts missing again. I took it to the local dealer and they have tried just about everything to find the cause. I had installed a PCV 5 with secondary injector module and quick shifter. It has been dynoed at AF1 Racing and had the ECU ref lashed. Since it is mostly a track bike I was not able to test it out until last month at Motorsport Ranch in Houston. It ran like a scalded ape for one lap then started to run like it was only firing on three cylinders. This ruined my track day. And has not been running right since. The local dealer here has been very cool and tried everything they could think of to isolate the problem. We have removed the PCV 5 and it still runs bad off and on. They switched ECU,s with another bike off the showroom..still runs bad. They hooked it up to an Kawasaki analyzer in the shop. All cylinders show they are firing.the TPS sensor is OK. The fuel pump and relay are fine.they pulled the plugs and they were fine? All connections at the injectors were checked. No issues. I test rode it again yesterday and it ran rough compared to how it used to be and if I tried to power wheelie it in first gear it would pull the front end up and they start banging out at around 7 to 8000 rpm! Then it suddenly started missing. Feels like it is running on just three cylinders...sorta sounds like an outboard motor. Or one of the new Yamaha R1's. LOL.... They have already checked all connections and the coil sticks etc. It seems to be acting up only when it is being ridden... BTW.. I have the Akron slip on with titanium pipe to replace the cat.. My bike did not come with the CO2 sensor or carbon canister.... The bike does not idle smooth and it surges up and down from about 1100 to 1400 rpm? It also pops a lot more on deceleration than it used to. I have already capped the air injection hoses and air box but left the sensor plugged in so it will throw a code... When they hook up the analyzer it shows NO codes other than one from when it tipped over once. This is really confounding me and some pretty good mechanics at the dealer...they have been extraordinary patient and really tried to help me out...the only thing left to do is drain the tank and look at the fuel but I have never even put gasohol or enthnol fuel in it. Any one have any suggestions? I have since reinstalled the PCV 5 and secondary fuel module etc and tried a stock slip on map..no real change...

Thanks. Speedy.

Only thing I can think of is the Tip sensor...even though it checked out fine, that's the only code it threw when it did tip over, maybe it's good enough to pass the tester but not good when you get out and ride.......either way, sounds frustrating.

Hell, it's under warranty, tell them to replace the motor lol

The plugs are fine. Plugs don't go bad then suddenly start working then go bad the work again. The bike only has 1460 miles on it!

I thought of that, but a tip sensor would stop the motor completely. Not cause it to run on three cylinders. it just suddenly runs bad then clears up for a short time then starts missing again? It's pretty disconcerting when you're leaned over in a turn at 70mph and it suddenly loses power and you end up running wide. !!!

Might be something as simple as bad fuel? Or somehow you had build up on the bottom of your gas tank and when it tipped over, it was sucked up and clogged the fuel filter? That's all I got.

Thanks but the tip over happened the 2nd day I had it when It was in a parking lot (while it was still on the kickstand) and I had put it in neutral to start it and wazrm it up and evidently it was still in first gear (even though the green light was on and it was allowed to start when I hit the start button)!! And of course it took off and rolled forward off the kickstand and fell over. It did it one other time a few days later (but I caught it before it fell over that time).. That was way back when I first bought it. Could the tip over switch cause it so just miss on one cylyinder? Maybe it is just suddenly running out of fuel on one cylynder etc. but it really feels and sounds like it is actually misdfiring or a dead cylynder.... <Speedy><
