Gen 4 ZX-10R Exhaust Servo Motor

So I've looked but come up short. I remember hearing people saying that they were removing teh servo motor or pulling the cables or whatever but I'm at the point where I'm about to pull off the stock exhaust/cat to put on my new yosh system and I'm wondering, when I disconect the servo motor cables form the stock exhaust, and since I'm not using the cables whatsoever, can I just disconnect the cables from the servo motor too and just leave the motor without them? I don't wanna see that FI light though or what ever shows. I'm just making sure before I pull the whole thing.

I did that originally, but after the Guhl reflash, I completely removed the motor as well. It gave me more than enough space to install my alarm. Good luck

If you do get your ECU flashed ever Guhl can get rid of that FI light for ya to and you can remove the servo motor completely
