best mod to increase low to mid range torque?

hi every1, ok so my 09 gen 3 has very little get up and go from a standing start I suspect it is because the racecams the previous owner installed, so im asking what is the best mod i could do to increase drive. im thinking of a power commander but not sure if that would increase bottom end torque

change sprocket.... but it will take away from top end. if you dont have a gen 4 you will need a speedo healer to correct the difference on your gauges.

i'll look into the sprocket but i don't like the idea of changing the bikes overall speed, when the bikes rolling theirs no problem its when its at a stop (especially going up a hill) the lack of low mid torque appears (again i think its a side effect of the racecams). as it is i would rev to roughly 3500 rpm's and let the clutch out; at that point the bike begins to creep forward and I would just hold the clutch their for about 2 - 3 seconds which is way to long.. And if I let the clutch out anymore the engine will bog down into a stall..

Sorry for the rant, I do love my bike; it makes 200hp at the crank before ram-air as a result of the two bros full race exhaust and again the racecams its just starting from a dead stop that im not particularly proud of.

after reading a some threads about changing the sprocket size including the (10 best parts for the zx10r) sticky thread. i think i will go down that path and get a 16t front sprocket and with speedohealer which brings me to some new questions.

#1. if i install a 16t front sprocket will the bike accelerate and wheelie easier?
#2. how much will the top speed be lowered?
#3. what is the best brand of sprocket to buy?
#4. what brand speedohealer works best?

I say get rid of the race cams and put stock ones in, unless you are racing.

#1 yes, #2 10 - 15 mph, #3 get a stock z1000 16t sprocket.
