Just fast road. 10r doesn't go to the track. Still haven't figured out what to run for the 6r at the track given power pures are different.

To may factors come into play with pressure. Road, conditions, you etc etc!

You can play in the 20's to the low 30's if you ride! Just keep in mind you can have weird tearing if you can't ride or have a bad suspension setup...not to mention your tires will get eaten

temps are bewteen 16 and 22 degrees at the moment in the u.k
the roads are mostly smooth here!
my suspension has been done by K-TECH a leading suspension company in the u.k but it was setup for the previous owner for track, he was 18st!!
the bike still seems to work for me althaugh i would prefer a little less preload on the rear!!!
im going to try 30 32 as the last owner recommended and see where we go, just for the record the manual pressures are 36 42.
thankyou for the reply, mark

i typically run 32/30 i have michelin pp2ct, and pures waiting to go on. i been very happy with this pressure but tires do not last, i get around 2k out of a rear. no burnouts, just fast street riding using all the tire.

Remember that hard breaking is what generates a LOT of heat. If you're just riding street and it's cold outside/cold road temps, stick with the man. recomended PSI. Don't overthink it and you're just street riding.

PS- you need to get the sag and dampers set up for YOU and your preference, not the previous owner. Fancy internals mean jack shit if they aren't set up for your weight. New tires of different brands also change the static sag dimensions. Spend a little money or find someone who can set up the suspension.
