Its only free if you dont have to change the springs.

But it is true, getting your suspension setup is one of the best things you can do.
I guess i just assume everyone already has done it.

^^ this is true. Second mod after the k&n, was front/rear springs(racetech). Best bang for your $!

is a bit much to start with IMO, the front is fine but the rear should be 3-4mm IMO to start then work from there.

It's a bit much for track use, but I've loved it for street use. To each there own there... let your experience level dictate how far you go how fast. But those are cheap an easy "agility" mods, and they're easy to undo if you go to far. The Gen 2 was a little more truckish than the other generation bikes... I wouldn't recommend going that far all at once with a gen 1 or 3. :)
