CMON POST SOME REPLIES WERE CLOSE TO FIXIN THIS TERD!!
dont worry about the numbers... just set the closed position after you hold the throttle wide open to the stop first and set the open 100% position....

the number values will always change... set 100 position with throttle turned to the stop...with the bike OFF and 9v adaper connected

if I remember, you can set the closed throttle while the bike is running at idle, I would do it when the bike is running 160 degrees....

then, shut bike off, hook up 9V, and set the open throttle...... make sure your throttle grip is at the adjustment you want it before you do these steps...

i tried doin that but my prob is that it shows 100% all of the time.even with the throttle fully closed its showing wide open or 100%.so the only way to get it to close or show a diff number is to turn the bike off.i tested all the input and output voltages at the tps and the ecu and everything was good.and the tps changes in voltage at ecu when i turn the throttle so i figured maybe the pc3 was bad unhooked it still same thing???????? and it runs good when its cold for bout a minate then thats when it starts to stumble and miss.maybe ect sensor related? not showing any codes either.
