Picked up a mint 2011 non-ABS with 1075 miles on the clock with street slayer slip-on and hotbodies undertail for a steal. I bought my 2014 back in December and riding that on the street makes me want to get back to the track ASAP. Last time I've been was circa 2011-12 at Loudon in New Hampshire.

Here's the plan for it:
Attack rearsets - installed
Block off plates - installed
Armour Bodies SBK kit - installed
CRC one piece tank fairing - installed
Zero Gravity DB - installed
Motion Pro Rev2 throttle - installed
Renthal clip-ons - installed
Renthal grips - installed
Vortex V3 fuel cap - installed
Cox radiator guard - installed
Motoholders fairing stay w ram air duct - installed
BMC race filter - installed
CoreMoto SBK lines - installed
Brembo 19RCS - installed
Ladybird reservoir bracket - installed
GB Racing covers - installed
Swingarm spools/lifters - installed
Mivv full titanium exhaust - installed
Ape manual CCT - installed
Factory Pro shiftstar - installed
Shorai LFX14L2-BS12 - installed
Renthal Sprockets/520 chain - installed
K-tech 25RDS/35DDS Pro - installed
Ohlins damper revalve - installed
MSS 3.0 link - installed
Kit ECU/Harness - installed
MSS regulator bracket - installed
Cordona strain gauge QS - installed
F/R captive spacers - installed

Here's some pics of the current progress:

Noticed something about the swingarm today, looks like the top portion of it the paint is all orange peeled/rough, almost like it was resprayed horribly. Also there's some slight indentations on the top leading edge as well. My 2014 doesnt look like this at all, paint is smooth and no indents. Does anyone else's swingarm look like this?

My paint looks like that, but I haven't noticed the indentation before. I'll grab some pics when I get home tonight and update

EDIT:

Excuse the scratches, but here's a pic of the paint on the left side.

The right side I have some paint worn, but I can feel the same indentation with my finger. It may not be as deep, but :dontknow:

Also does anyone know if i eliminate my key switch ignition ill be able to get rid of these fuses and associated wiring?

Also looking to get my regulator relocated either with this bracket: ZX10R REGULATOR RECTIFIER RELOCATING BRACKET which im pretty sure this guy has in his youtube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPZIKEu4x_A or fab up my own. Leaning towards the pre-made bracket though since my fabbing skills are slim to none.

Reactive Carries a nice kit that serves two purposes. One is to provide an oil catch tank and keep the airbox oil free and also a rectifier relocator bracket. You will have to extend your wiring harness by about a foot so it can reach all the way there. I did it with no problems, just had to get correct gauge wires. It's in my build thread. I did order this kit recently and look forward to installing it. It's a bit spendy but apparently a Kawasaki Race Kit (which does the same thing) is about the same amount.

Alright, I am doing the wiring right now. I have the race harness. Looking at the race manual, the green plug at the head of the race harness (by the instrument display) looks to be for the down sensor. What is the large white plug for next to the green on on the race harness? And do you have to run the down sensor?

Fired up first try! First time she's been started since the day I brought her home in March. Only problem is it won't shift out of neutral :frown2: Only tried it on the stand, I'll try again this weekend on the ground and see if some rolling resistance can get it into gear. If not it looks like ill have to tear apart the clutch and pull the gearbox again..

Got a nice little care package today from Jon at CTR Suspensions. Great guy to talk to and do business with, messaged him late in the day on friday and he had everything shipped out to me monday morning. Running a K-Tech 35DDS Pro with MSS Type 3 link. I've got a tune and dyno session scheduled with Full Spectrum Racing in Longwood, FL in early January to get the kit ecu dialed in for my bike and hopefully I can get the Armour Bodies bodywork painted in the meantime so I can finally ride this thing.
