Magma Red Kawasaki ZX10R w/performance parts

Up for sale is my Magma Red 2005 Kawasaki ZX10R. I am the original owner, purchased it brand new in 2005 from Performance Motorsports in Tucson, AZ. Clean title in hand.
Asking $5,500 obo. Considering the upgrades and general shape of the bike, I think it's in the ball park. Feel free to call me and make offers. Cash only.
Bike has 22,xxx miles, well cared for and always garaged. It has a couple of paint chips on the tank, normal wear on the front end (road debris, etc) and a light scuff on the right lower panel. After washing it yesterday, I found a tiny stress crack on the front fender.
The only other cosmetic detail worth mentioning is in the swingarm, on the drive side. The chain rubbed on the top of the arm, leaving a groove in it. Light scuff on right side lower.
Rear tire has little life left in it. Front is fine.
Valves and oil change were done about 1000 miles ago.

Please contact me via phone call at 520-977-3236

I would prefer to sell the bike to an experienced rider.
Upgrades include:

Full Akrapovic Titanium exhaust system
Power Commander
Nissin front master cylinder and calipers upgrade (set up from a ZX14)
Steel braided front brake lines
GPR steering stabilizer
K&N race filter
Gilles Tooling fully adjustable rearsets
MRA Racing windscreen
Frame sliders
Swingarm sliders
ASV Shorty clutch lever
Euro style front turn signals
Solo seat/cowl

With the purchase of the bike, you also get:

Riders Of Kawasaki bike cover
Passenger seat
Stock rearsets (passenger), stock exhaust system, rear stand, stock clutch lever, stock charcoal canister, etc.

For the asking price, I cannot ship it anywhere. The sale is pretty much for a local pick up or someone willing to drive out to Tucson and grab it.
Thank you.

GREAT looking bike! Somebody better buy this bike before she's gone for good. Hard to find gen 1 single-owner bikes. GLWS!

Nice looking Gen1! Looks almost like my magma red! Even has the same GPR stabilizer! GLWS! You're price is just about right for a clean single owner Gen1. Expect a lot of crap though from low ballers. Took me over a year to sell my mostly stock titanium Gen1 that only had 12k miles on it. People see Gen1's that have the snot ridden out of them selling for 3k and think that should be the price to pay for them all.

I DON"T HAZ ANY SNYDER PROBLEMS

Thank you guys for the encouraging replies!
It's a sweet bike, well cared for. Never crashed, never wheelied....just power wheelies here and there :) and with what I think it's a great selection of performance parts, not LEDs and chrome.
It isn't perfect but it's almost 12 years old!!!
I know how low ballers are...I had a few retarded offers thrown at me but you know...you just don't reply to stuff like that.
Anyway, I hope somebody can see what an awesome bike this Gen1 10s is and get it.
