Picked it up the other day. This morning consisted of going through and finding sources of weird squeaks and rattles. Greased the front axel that was squeaking a little under load, replaced the (neoprene?) washer under the steering damper since there was not one present, noticed my fuel cap key cover makes an annoying tapping sound but haven’t decided how I will fix that yet.

Also found a connector unplugged under the tank, but that will have to wait for the weekend.

Not today, but this weekend so close enough.

Went to the local shop and had my suspension dialed in, (Best $30 investment ever.) got a new front tire to match my 90% rear, which I realized is a 50 instead of a 55 which explains my speedo being off by like 17%, and I flushed the coolant and put fresh engine ice in her.

Went for a thrash today and going full throttle into a dip at high speed managed to bottom out my rear suspension. This subsiquently made my number plate impact the rear tyre which shattered it and broke my rear carbon hugger plus broke my after market led indicators.
Luckily the tyre was ok. Only slight mark.
Lesson learnt!

Peter, can you send me the link to the vendor? Looking to do the same for the bike, but tires might come first.
