Well, I took off my stock 39t and put on my 41t Vortex, but I don't have enough adjustment to slack the chain.

Pondering going back to 39t, or stock adjuster until the chain stretches a little. It's a little too snug for my liking.

Are those eBay chain adjusters? Thinking about giving them a-go instead of going with Gilles or Lightech like I normally do. Lately I've been having troubles with the caliper hanger binding up while trying to slide the axle thru and the spacer pops out and it's just a massive headache. Probably going to grab a set of captive spacers and aftermarket adjusters to help ease rear wheel removal until I plunk down for the fast frank racing quickchange kit...

eBay ones.

I used to be able to remove my back wheel and reinstall in minutes on my old Gixxer. This one is a PITA! These will not help with that! I hate my rear brake pads drop and are a SOB to get back in and over the rotor.

Thank god I'm not the only one having troubles. I could remove and reinstall a rim on my old Honda 1000rr in a matter of seconds...my '16 10r fights with me until I'm at my breaking point. Surely there has to be a trick to it or something. I thought it was maybe because the bike was in a wreck and maybe the swingarm somehow managed to get damaged or something so it slightly bends in when taking the rim off so it has to be slightly bent out because when I line up everything, it looks like my spacers are too thick and I won't be able to put the caliper hanger on without using a crowbar or something to bend the swingarm out just enough to slide the caliper hanger in while jiggling everything into place

Thought I'd grab a set of chain adjusters and see if that helps but clearly I'm not the only one dealing with the problem. Pretty sure I'll grab some captive spacers ASAP to help combat the issue until going with the quick-change kit...
