Between the K&N made in China and the K&N made in Korea?

They are the same design, so you shouldn't notice any difference at first.

tHe difference is in the quality of the o-ring seal material. the quality control on the process doesn't seem to be as good. Some are just fine, others deform the seal, and the worst ones the seal splits.

I hate you guys and you guys made me go out into my garage to compare 2 KN-303 filters. Here some side by side shots from ones made in Thailand and China. Both of them have some difference. I have one filter that was a old left over ( Thailand made ) and a recently ordered one from Amazon ( China made ).

Both oil filter o-rings look fine but the older one was pre-greased.

You can some from the pic there are some difference on the internals as well.

from what I gather, Hi-flo filtro, makes several oem filters, and made the ORIGINAL k&n race filters (before farming them out all over the world, for costs).

that is what I buy, and use now. ski

May we all, get to have a chance to ride the fast one, walk away wiser when we crash one, keep hopin that the best one is the last one.
