At 200hp+ on pump, my lack of talent and old age doesnít deserve a kit gasket and cam timing. Youíll be happy with Mikeís work if you havenít had that experience yet. He did all my stuff on a Friday and I was home with the bike that night. I would guess the motor work would take another day.

The race fuel map he did outshines my present race bike by a 100hp. Yours will no doubt be tearing up the asphalt with that build. Highly recommend KWS
Cheers

We need to compare notes one of these days as I think our bikes will be very similar. Thermosman (Mike Fitzgerald) is going to work some magic on my forks while the rest of my bike is at KWS for some of their voodoo. Thanks for the confirmation regarding the work they did for you, I always get a little concerned when I drag my junk to someone new to work on it.

Can you please expand on the master relo and tank mod that Mike at KWS did for you? What fuel did you use for your race and pump tunes?

I'm right there with ya regarding lack of talent and old age.... This bike is/was WAY more capable than me before I started throwing money at it to make it "better"! I prefer to think of it as making the bike "uniquely mine"...... Fortunately for me, my wife is pretty understanding of my motorcycle addiction.

Finally picked up a damper from Tíman. Service is plentiful here, good state to be in if you work on motorcycles, eh?

The stuff I got from KWS he suggested, for the most part. I knew from experience that the right hand bar and armourbodies clashed, so I asked for the master mount. The reg. mount is a part he needs to have ahead of time also. If you discuss some of the things you want and the stuff he does ahead of time, itíll come together fine. Heís good at the 10r.

I did mr12 and pump maps with a few tank mods to make things easier. If you look at the Ohlins shock pic in previous post you can see a tank drain in red. Below is a pic of tank/trim combo release he does, (the hole in center).

The other pic shows master.

Keep in touch, Iím always coming up with more questions than answers. Like I thought the unplugging of ESD on a race kit harness didnít give you a warning... oh well.

Oh... last pic is his rear brake pad mod to make wheel install easier. Didnít have my FíFrank captive bracket at the time, but he said the mod is pretty simple to do.

P&J,
Some of my reply assumed race kit ecu, harness and race bodywork. Disregard some of it if itís not applicable.
Cheers

Correction. Meant to say added 8mm screws to seat mount after cutting new threads to match KWS work elsewhere.

Fixed ESD warning... Forgot to disconnect ESD ecu and secure connectors. oops.

Will post pics after track time. Hopefully on 2wheels

All that work on the Armour Bodies seat and ended up settling on the oem.
Got so used to the previous uncomfortable oem seats on previous race bikes. Oh well.

If anyone needs an ABodies superbike seat in A+ condition, ready to mount, let me know.
