Welcome! Looks great! Looks mostly stock, which is good.

Can't really tell if those are the stock calipers up in the front. If they are, you want to change them out to some ZX14 calipers for better braking.

For quicker throttle response get rifleman's throttle mod. You can find him online here.

Yoshi slip on, brembo brake master cylinder , dynojet, throttle was changed

I love those black fork tubes. They look trick! I wish they came like that on my 4th Gen.
