How do I try and fix something like that?
When it does that, does the 'like' button also give an error? I sometimes (well a lot of times) can't rep or it gives an error when I try to like someone's post. I either go to the previous page by clicking the number (arrows do nothing) and then back to the page where the post is then it will work, or- just post in the thread and it will work. Tried it on multiple machines/OS's/browsers.

So many problems here. I can only point to Code's Twist Wrist II. Code so beautifully points out the basics which, oddly and inadvertently, targets flaws in all super bike sites. I'm not thinking of this site in particular but all super sites have a flaw: they fail to attract...and keep...solid superbike riders as nearly all super riders that are dialed in simply lose interest in communicating experiences to up and coming, as they are not teachers; every solid teacher gets the hard head only because he sees himself as he was, that is, every dialed in rider sees himself as an ex-hard head; but if few are teachers, what do the good do?; they simply revert to the Christ...or Zen, the flow of the mystical summation or the algorithm, or the Newton or the Walter Russell (etc.) of the twist. Meaning...get lost in the mysticism of life alone. They then refuse to post as they perceive, correctly, that comments will never reach the correct plateau of translation; Code is King of pointing out translation basics;Code fully understood the difficulty of linking to a person rated at abstract level of one coming from an abstract level of 7, etc. thus a rider at level 2, thinking he's at the top, tries to vett a rider at level 10; but same with a rider at level ten vetting a rider at level 20; no sense as the abstraction level has prerequisites not yet obtained; end of story.

It appears to be a separate issue, as I can pass out the rep now but I still get the like error exactly how you describe it from time to time. I have not been able to find a consistent variable when the like error shows its face.

I've had my issue escalated and it seems it can't be fixed. Doesn't matter though, I figured out a workaround that works for me. I can do everything else normally though.

Hey guys,

This thread has been aroudn hte block, stopped at a couple gas stations and is now on it's way to the moon.

Regarding the initial post, how does everyone feel about adding a "dislike" button.
I will voice my opinion here and allow you guys to bounce off of it.

Take my opinion with a grain of salt as you guys are in the thick with the community.
I think adding something that throws negativity towards members will discourage people from posting on the site.
In turn it will stall the community from growing. The internet is already filled with plenty of negativity I don't think this site will benefit with more of it.
Not all members will use the function responsibly, and the potential for this seems great.

There's my 2 cents.

Let me know what you guys think.

Richard.

I Agree with the Admin.... this is a place of growing and build friendship

lets like, lets + reputation to positive things, and negative things will find no place here.

I concur! Although it would be nice though when you really want to let someone know that you dont agree / like but as mentioned i do not think it would be helpful.
