Im thinking about the meth injection. A gentlemen in South Africa fabricated his own kit and it is very sleek. The problem with meth is then I become reliable on using it all the time, because if I run out then the tune isn't the same at WOT and I would have to change maps.

Ya it's going to be a fun summer lol. One problem with the H2 though is it's kind of in its own class. Sure it might be faster than some bolt-on N/A bikes, but a legit turbo or nitrous bike will the H2 lol. Might be stuck racing myself all year

It's worth it if you can fit it... race-gas like tunes out of 91 octane are pretty satisfying. As long as you can stay on top of filling the water tank it's great. A little warning light on a low level sensor (or a map switch on said low level sensor) is all you need. Consumption is pretty low... about 12% of what your fuel consumption would be when you are in big boost. The awesome thing about the supercharger though is that you can easily limp it around if you know you're low on water... it's always going to make the same boost at a given RPM/altitude.... if the water is getting low you just keep the tach in the stock-like boost ranges. :) You don't have to use methanol either if it's hard to get in your local.... denatured alcohol works almost as well. But if you have the budget you can buy "Boost Juice" by the gallons and just have it shipped to your door. I'm a broke ass, so I mix my own. :)

And yea, everyone will bitch about racing it. It's either way too fast for a production motor bike, or way too slow for a full-on turbo bike. But at least yours will be fun on the street too. But if you get that chassis dialed in with that arm you're going to be flying.... If I could run 8's at a test n tune on a street legal bike on pump gas I'd do it all night just for fun... I don't give a damn who's in the other lane. :)

^Thanks very much for your input. Im definitely interested in it, but I also can't see the benefit other than keeping the intake temps down. I mean that is useful when it's hot and humid out, but other than that I wouldn't be doing any timing changes because it's ECU based only and I am not using woolich, and I also can't up the boost on the fly because it's a supercharger.

Here is the guys kit he fabbed up on his own before it was painted. He did a wicked job......it's the white piece above the heal guard.

Brilliant... I keep look at the one my dealer has.... thinking that area behind the right front of the fairing would work too....

Water/meth injection is actually not all that great at reducing IATs when you spray it post compressor.... the real magic is how it works in the combustion chamber. During the compression stroke the suspended water flash evaporates under the growing intense heat/pressure and absorbs a crap ton of heat. The cooler the combustion event, the less likely the fuel will pre-ignite or detonate. Lower initial IATs help a lot too, as the compression multiplies the heat of the initial charge. In Barney Terms: with properly jetted water injection your 91 octane will act like much higher octane fuel, and it helps keep the combustion chamber clean. Now, spraying heavier alcohol mixtures IN FRONT of the supercharger (like, say, 75% meth/25% water... or even more meth aggressive) can do some seriously crazy things to drop IAT's and open up the compressor map. You don't get the race gas like effect, but you get cooler charge temps.... which also let you get away with much more aggressive tuning. It's magical shit. :)

I'd want to sneak up on it, but I'd bet lunch for a week that you can get a 250+hp tune on pump gas if you you did the water injection properly..... all for the cost of a little water :)

^I have to ask him if he is spraying it in the intake tube of the charger, or if he tapped the aluminum airbox.
