Talking First Track Day on the ZX10R

Finally got around getting to the track on Sunday for my first track day on the ZX. Haven't been in over 2 years since I had my Gixxer 600 track bike.
Bike handled gorgeously and was incredibly fun. Reminded me just how good these bikes are.

Got some work to do on lines, braking, and exiting. But overall felt good.

Looks like fun! Glad to see you using the bike in its element. It was so much fun for me, I don't ride my gen5 on the street anymore. It says on slicks in the garage until track days.

wow! those 1st 2 and a half minutes of slicing and dicing were pretty darn good. so much for being rusty, from the 2 year track absence. good for you! Ski

May we all, get to have a chance to ride the fast one, walk away wiser when we crash one, keep hopin that the best one is the last one.

I agree mmp12!After seeing some of his other posts with some nice wheel up pictures I had the feeling "this guy looks really comfy"on his gen5!he also doesn't "blow his own trumpet"which is a good quality to have!

he was definitely hauling ass, even with a bit of that headshake, that stabilizer seems to be a little bit weak, lol.
