well, Lipo battery doesn't last forever, a 3 cell lipo battery without balanced charging only last a year maybe not even that. you should look into that besides searching in the bike ECU and electronics.

One thing I didn't understand, the bike is a race bike with lipo battery and under the seat fuel tank but yet it has stock dash and ECU?
what kind of race bike is this? maybe the light should be on, was it off when you got it? you should talk to the guy who built the bike, he will have more understanding of what he has done than anyone on this forum. Good luck

It's not stock ECU, as per OP, Woolich flash plus it has race harness, and I have more than one battery, just fitted a brand new Li Po, but yo cant start the bike with this.
The idea of posting on here was to get some ideas, thanks for your input

Oh and I spoke to the guy who built the bike and Woolich, neither can remember the light being on, but consider possibly down to the bike being dynode with the TC on

That shouldn't happen on a GEN4. On a GEN5 it could though.

There is your problem, just because is flashed by woolich don't make it race ECU. but yet you running a race harness?

Pin configuration on a race harness won't go with stock ECU. Either the information you got on this bike is not correct or there is a miss match.
