done couple of gen 1 engines with gen 3 race int, stk gen 1 ex. cam. potent combo, strong midrange, about 190 hp with ported/milled head, .45 mm hg, int 110-111/ex 108, good tune. added compression with these cam #'s. 5.6's/128-8.7's/158. that's good accleration. also have run 2 sets stk lift reground webs 356/335 lift with 252 degrees duration@.050. about $500 for the pair here. same engine mods, these small cams are sleepers, strong mid/top end but cam degree different. ran strongest at 107 in/104 ex. added compression/ tight squish helps any of these cams make broader power which ur asking for. best proven gen 1 stk cam #'s 107/104. stk gen 1 cams make strong low/mid power. as far as durations, cam companies quote durations usually at .040-.050 valve lift. that gen 3 race int. has 243 degrees duration @.050 lift to give u some perspective.
