front brake mod

hi all,

A bit like a zombie, i need to pick some brains.....

I'm running the standard toki alipers on my 07 along with SS lines and a brembo M/C. now the braking seems vague when really put under pressure(it's my trackbike).

I've been told that the nissin blocks that were fitted as standard to the 06 zx are better that the lumps of cheese on the 07, has anyone heard of anything similar?

i'm guessing if the rumours are true i'll be posting up that i'm looking for a set of those soon.

thanks for reading this.

There is a set on classifieds for $100. I bought some off eBay a month ago. They are amazing. Make sure you get new pads. Pads do not swap over. I had a hell of a time to try to get mine to start bleeding afterwords. Ended up squeezing the rubber line between m/c and reservoir and it started being able to bleed.
