Decat with tune, question about part throttle

Just a question... I have a 2014 ZX10 commuter. I already have a woolich derestricted generic tune. I'm thinking of yanking the cat and using my autotune to make a new map. My only concern is that I ride this bike on the street pretty much every day. I don't want to lose any part throttle performance or deal with a bunch of stink on my clothes when I get to work.

So..with an autotune (and at 3-4k rpm) will this bike run as well without a cat as it does now.

Mines got decat. No exhaust sensor and pc5 and its made no difference to the part throttle.
To be honest its no different at all that i can notice until revs get higher up.
The cat is a big silencer so it will be louder though
