Dave's Supercharger project

So I bought the partial Rotrex kit from badassjake and it showed up last week. I did the first test rides this morning, with great results.

The kit came with almost everything I needed except an intake plenum, so I had to make one, no big deal.

and that's it, for now.
Once I get some miles on it, I'll put all the fairings back on.

Nice work on the intake plenum. I love how once you've got the fairings on you would hardly notice the kit at all, until you heard the thi9ng whinning at full revs

Let us know what it's like to ride when you get a chance.

I took it out for some datalogs today and havent gone past about 60% throttle. its pretty quick, one of my data logs showed one pull going from about 7k rpm to 12k rpm at 45% throttle in 2.5 sec, 2nd gear. I havent seen the boost gauge go past 5 psi yet.

I did it all for pretty cheap, but the kit I bought was up for sale here for a while.

I assume you only had to take a sliver off the crank pulley spacer?....it was true and ran fine for me. Nice job!
