Sorry but unless the person trying it weighs the same as you, or within a certain range of your weight the settings are useless... Suspension set-up is not universal...

I'm close to the same weight (190), but i'm 5' 11" tall. My bike is brand new (300 miles on it) should i adjust the suspension now or wait until the first oil change ? Right now it is waaaaaaay to stiff, the bike doesn't even seem to drop when i sit on it (maybe 1/2 inch) although I haven't had any help trying to measure this. Are there any threads with pics showing the set-up on 2005 zx10r ? Any help is appreciated.

Tires- Michelin PIGLET Powers.

Sarah Palin and friends can call it a snow machine all they want but Yamaha, Polaris and Bombardier plus the related magazines all seem to call them Snowmobiles.

Snow machines create snow on ski slopes. Just sayin'

Well CRASH 769, you can setup your suspension any time.
Strongly recommend after market rear shock. The stock is to stiff for the street. Second if you can't afford one let a pro revalve it for you and put in a softer spring.
