The one thing I noticed in all the success stories which is going to be anyone's key to success is you have to eat - not eating does more harm than good. I causes your body to go into hibernation and the second it gets anything fed to it (good or bad) your body stores it (as fat) for future use, i.e. becomes love handles etc.
Ripped you put up some great diets that have one thing in common - eat and eat often. Your meals don't have to be huge, your portion size will have to come down but if you are eating 6 small meals a day combined with high water intake you are going to feel full most of the time.

used to be into body-building...doesn't fit the lifestyle anymore.

I'm 6'2" and weigh about 220. Maintain all the strength and flexibility I need with MA and Yoga.

No cardio needed to lose fat...just adjust your diet. Remember, energy "in" versus energy "out".

the bike is gone...but the memories remain...

Good point - I skip between sets when doing legs - really helps with calf development and endurance.

Last nite I went in and did a quick 25min workout. I did alot of running around yest and didn't get to the gym until late. I did a light shoulder workout, all machines. I threw a set of dips, pullups, shruggs, leg lifts, and dumbbell squats in there as well. Not my best workout but not bad for 25mins......plus this dude was talkin to me for like almost 10mins.
