Last nite I went in and did a quick 25min workout. I did alot of running around yest and didn't get to the gym until late. I did a light shoulder workout, all machines. I threw a set of dips, pullups, shruggs, leg lifts, and dumbbell squats in there as well. Not my best workout but not bad for 25mins......plus this dude was talkin to me for like almost 10mins.
