ZX 100 RR Full Akro Exhaust

Whats up guys.
Im new here, I have been on ZXFORUMS for about 4 years.
I had my bike for about 3 months now. In the first 800 miles, i removed the cat and servo and put in the Akro link mid pipe. OEM muffler. Today with 2400 miles, i put on the Akro Ti shorty muffler. Sounds as good as you think it would.
I would have preferred the Carbon, but its so damn long. The shorty is about half the length of the carbon.
I am going to need a PC V or possibly get ECU FLASHED. What and who are my options for getting flashed.
What are the pros and cons of each.
I believe that with a PC i have other options available later.
What is seems to do is sort of LOOooP until i get to a complete stop. Also while riding , anytime i completely let off the gas, it will have a mild surge when i get back on the gas, even gently.
I didnt notice that until about a week ago. I dont think it was doing it before then. Im thinking its cause of the warmer outside temps now. Im in Wyoming, summer just got here about 2 weeks ago.
Thanks.
