What kind of HP can i expect to get out of Woolich Flash 2016 ZX10R

im looking into getting the $394 Woolich flash kit and im wondering what kind of HP can i expect to get out of my 2016 ZX10R with 3/4 Comp Werkes Exhaust and Woolich ECU Flash ?
also ive only put 16 miles so far on the bike and the exhaust was installed on day 1, the bike seems to idle weird until up to temp (rpm goes up and down up and down) and also seems to run very rich (smells like gas and crazy flames everywhere). with the ecu flash help with that? thanks for your time!

Ecu flash will help all your problems and concerns. You do need to have the Ecu flashed or a fuel piggy back installed with the decat exhaust in order to have proper fuel management. I believe if you do either the Ecu Flash and a piggy back such as Power Commander you will need to disconnect your O2 sensor to take it out of the closed loop circuit. This way the internal fuel maps aren't fighting with the O2 sensor sending back what IT thinks what the A/F should be at. The Ecu flash will take care of the fault code, I'm sure the power commander will still throw a fault code. I personally did a mail-in Ecu Flash with 2 Wheel Dyno works out in Washington state. He is a very reputable flasher known to many on the forums and motorcycle world. I know he and most other flashers using Woolich on the '16 zx10r with cat delete pipes are seeing numbers from 188-192 RWHP and some even higher then that.

thanks for the reply, im not getting a fault code thanks to a servo buddy that i just found out i wouldnt need if i had flashed the ecu to begin with, also 188-192 is pretty good and id be happy with that.
so now im just debating on wether to buy the kit and do it myself or send the ecu in. there doesnt seem to be a big difference in price and i def want the autoblip function. decisions, decisions...

I opted for the mail in ECU because I have ocd and would need everything to be done perfectly and would constantly be second guessing my work haha. Auto blip function is definitely a nice feature as far as I'm aware you have to be above 3k rpm in order for auto blip downshifting to work and throttle closed. That's something I didn't realize until after trial and error and then contacting the tuner to see what the deal with it was. Keep me posted on if you go mail in or get the Woolich yourself curious as to how you make out.

I have the woolich kit.
I was
169.5 hp bone stock
181.7 hp after woolich ecu flash
190.5 hp after custom dyno tune.

With more de-restrictions applied now..the top HP may be higher than when I last had it dynoed.

i went ahead and got the woolich kit from zx10rArcher, after doing some research comparing features, reviews and price, i think this is the way to go.
having the ability to turn restrictions,autoblip,o2 sensor, etc and also maping on and off as you please is priceless. even tho ill get my bike dyno tuned late spring early summer.
ill post updates...

I been thinking about this to. As i dont really know much about tuning it does seem to pay for itself over time and lofe of the bike. I may have nels flash mine then use that as a baseline as i learn the system myself. More expensive rpute though.
