Swingarm install help

I'm trying to reinstall my swingarm (05 zx10r) and I'm having a problem with getting pivot shaft properly tightened. I'm following the manual instructions as follows:

1. Install the swingarm and insert the pivot shaft. Tighten the pivot adjusting collar to 14 ft-lb.

2. Tighten pivot adjusting collar locknut to 72 ft-lb.

At this point, the swingarm is moving freely up & down.

3. Then I tighten the pivot shaft nut to 81 ft-lb.

Now the swingarm is extremely tight and takes a lot of effort to move up and down. I've taken it apart and put it back together 3 times now. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Nevermind. I figured it out. I was missing my left side collar spacer.
