My bike is street/race. There was a thread where someone said that it is stressing the head too much.

If you are not getting paid contingency money then no internal engine mods are worth it...

Only installing Gen4 race cams loses power. These cams gain power together with serious head work, proper race exhaust, degreeing and tuning by someone with experience. And now need to change valves more often.
It is cheaper to buy Gen5 in order to make same power.

Gen4 race: high spec.
Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa 2013: stock.
Kawasaki KX450F 2016: love it.
