Thank you Chiffee. Well, it cannot be in 'ms' for sure. Kawasaki seems to have an Rpm based kill time and not gear based, as the timing is perfect in low as well as higher revs. The stock QS works amazingly in my Gen-5. However, I'd like to know the stock timing before I flash the ECU with Woolich, just in case I want to revert to stock. Can anyone shed some light?

The kill times reduce as the rpm's go up and not the reverse in the regular qs, where we set the times between 52-56ms. That being said, I'm not sure what the 100 value means in the Woolich setup

OK, I set Gear 1 at 100, 2-94, 3-88, 4-82, 5-80 and its smooth as butter. Anyone fine tuned the autoblipper downshifts? What values if so?

@cosmic_ocean: Are you talking about settings in the race ECU or stock ecu flashed?

i set it 65/60/55/50/45ms for track

If you shift lower rpm. i would put it around 75/65/55/50/50ms for street.

woolich kawasaki stock is all set at 100ms. probably reason for terrible shifting.

My issue with the EOM QS wasn't kill times, it was the amount of movement allowed by the switch itself. Drove me nuts.

OK, I was thinking about race ECU but should make no big difference.
