not sure on Gen 5 but the Gen 4 AU spec bike you would remove the flap with a dremel, remove the pump up the top which pulls the flap up and down, also need to plug the hose coming from the second cylinder. It will throw a code for pair valve, it has a separate code to the O2 sensor on gen 4, the way you get around that is with a Woolich Racing flash ;).

Gen4 3/4 Akra fits :)
Only issue is the mount tab on link pipe to bottom of frame is off about two inchs...easy fix with a little homemade bracket you won't see......money well saved and sounds sooo good :)
