Brembo M4 calipers spacers or not?

Hi guys,
I am planning to purchase Brembo cast M4 calipers #220A39710 for my ZX10r 2013 non-abs and wondering if I need spacers for standard 310 mm discs?
If so what size ?

Also, is it worth it to upgrade from Nissin to the cast M4?

FYI, i commute everyday with occasional track day (Sepang).

Thanks
Izhan

Yes, you'll need spacers. I've got the M4 calipers on my Gen2 with a small spacer and 300mm rotors. I can measure them in the morning for you if nobody else chimes in.

Worth it? Absolutely. I freakin' love them.

Have a wheelie nice day!

Winter sucks.

I went from the Nissin to the M4. It is definitely a big upgrade even over the nissin. I run the same spacers with the nissin as with the M4

Fireman, can I assume you are running the 310mm rotors? If so, could you please share what size spacers you used and possibly where I could buy them from? I tried to search but yielded no results. I am planning to use the same application, Gen4 with ZX-6R/14 Nissin's and 310mm rotors. Thanks!

Yes, Gen3 and Gen4 both have the 310mm front rotors.

I am running 330mm rotors but can measure the spacer and you just need to subtract 10mm off of it.

Won't have access to the race bike for a week or so however.

Many thanks Blanco.
Dunno about US or Europe price, but in Kuala Lumpur the price for the cast M4 is between RM3400-RM3600 with spacer i.e. more than USD1000 per pair.
