I put 70,000 miles on mine in 4 years. Plus many track days.

I don't agree with this whole list but have attached my suggestions:

get your self some zx14r calipers, I DON'T THINK THIS IS NECESSARY. I JUST USED HH PADS.
zx6 master, I JUST CHANGED THE MASTER CYLINDER TO A LARGER BORE ONE - NISSIN - AND IT COST ME LIKE $110
SS brake lines, YEAH
steering dampener, YEAH...I HAD A SCOTTS
and a quickshift kit. UP TO YOU

GO ONE DOWN IN THE FRONT FOR GEARING AND THEN GET A SPEEDO HEALER.

HAVE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS THEY ARE DOING REDO RESPRING AND REDO THE SHOCKS ON THE SUSPENSION. BIG DIFFERENCE IF YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING

PUT DUNLOP Q-3+ ON THE BIKE. I PREFER SHORTY LEVERS. AND DOWN THE ROAD, REARSETS THE STOCK ONES WITH THE UPLIFT SPRINGS SUCK WHEN YOU START TO LEARN TO RIDE HARD AND LEAN

Thanks for the tips everyone.

What is the stock number of teeth up front? the previous owner said a speedo healer was installed but I dont know exactly what they did. I have a trusty suspension guy and Im gonna have him do a once over on the bike next week. Just want to get a good idea of what needs attention. I know chain and oil was supposedly just done..
