Ok, I'm having a hard time explaining this because I've forgotten the technical terms for the various parts, but have you checked the angle of the shift arm/lever (the piece the shift rod connects to) to the splined shift shaft? It should be as close to 90 degrees as possible to maximize leverage applied to the shaft.

2013 ABS, Bridgestone T30 Evo, Woolich, Danmoto shorty & link, Rifleman's 1/5th turn, K&N, GP shift, Gen5 suspension links & dogbone, JT (-1/+0), EK, Shorai, EBC HH, AllBallz roller steering, heated grips, shorty levers, MotoDynamic signals & relay, plasti-dipped and vinyl wrapped (all green to black), Bestem carbon, PUIG Pro sliders, solo cowl, modified OEM sprocket cover, TST fender elim. w/LEDs. 45,000km+ and going strong!

Had this same exact problem w woodcrafts on my gen4. Every angle was as close to perpendicular as possible, it would shift through the gears but it was so dam hard compared to the attack rearsets. I ripped apart the gearbox multiple times trying to figure out the problem before I narrowed it down to the rearset and not the gearbox. Went back to the attacks and problem solved. All the pivots in the rearsets were freely moving and everything, such a weird problem.

ok, you're not going to like this, but oem resets are awesome. And I run the crappiest loop ever. I just looked at what you installed.
