Gen 3: Suspension height question

I have a 2008 10r and just recently put the bike back to stock height from a 2" lower height. The bike has aftermarket lowering links with multiple holes so I am unsure as to what the rear height should actually be at because specs online have mixed answers for the "seat height" measurement and where to measure it from. Does any body with an un-modified suspension have a measurement from this bolt for the passenger pegs to the ground with the bike on the stand or upright? You would help me LOADS
