Diablo Rosso III's - anybody run them yet?

Anybody tried the Rosso III's yet? I loved the II's on the Ape and am wondering whether or not anybody's had real life experience with the new model yet.

I was a big fan of the Rosso II's for a long time. I tend to be stupid and just buy Super Corsa SP's nowadays even though I commute every day as well.
I should probably go back to the Rossos. Someone buy a set and let us know how they are!

I commute every day and then go twisties riding a couple times a week. I'm lucky to get 2500km (1500 miles) out of a rear.
The one i've got on the back at the moment I doubt I'll get 2000km.

Mate picked up a set last week for his '15 S1000RR. Took it for a spin up our local twisties, and coming from a long time Pirelli whore, sadly, I can't say I like them.
Although there was no slip or anything that should spook you, I just didn't feel confident on them. On that bike on cooked Dunlops I've easily managed 55 degree of lean and felt fine, I maybe got to 45 with the Rosso 3's and I was terrified.
No idea why, but I just don't mesh with them. Shame, as I was really looking forward to them.

The rosso III is a sport tire. The q3 and Corse SP are trackday tires that are DOT legal. Big difference. Personally I use the RS10's. Get around 2000 miles from a rear. But I don't commute on my zx10R.

also curious about the rosso III for my rsv4 as i burned through the supercorsa pretty quick. Really liked the way bridgstones felt on my 4th gen so iv been contemplating the RS10 but if they only last less than 2000 mi i would just go with the supercorsa again
