Thumbs down Can't find Shims: Gen 4 & Gen 5: how much shiming are you doing?

Normally the last 10 years or so I make my own shims for the rear shock. This go round since Ill be doing some small shimming and testing I do not want to have to tear so much of the bike down to fit my washer style shims.

For the life of me I can not find some standard slid in shims anywhere.

Can you guys post some sites that carry shims for gen 4 and gen 5? thanks in advance.

I did a search and followed old links in old threads (im in two of them) but the links are not valid anymore.

While i have you....

For those who are shimming Gen 5 rears.
how much are you shiming?

I have a TTX Ohlins rear and have it screwed out to the max...and it feels as tho I need about 2 to 5 mm more shims.
(comparing to my Gen 4s)

Found out that I can use the shims from old american cars front end.

1973 Chevy Impala and they are dirt cheap and almost same shape with different thicknesses.

Traxxion Dynamics sells Ride Height Shims. Easiest way to find them is to search their website for "shims".
