The RS10's that retailers carry are the same as OEM. The tires are OEM on 15+ R1/M, Honda RC213V-S ($184,000), H2, 16+ZX10R. They all have different designations for OEM use G,L,M. But i have replaced these tires several times and they are all the same.

Truth be told I like the rs10 and I'm a q3 guy but if they last ok idk... They're inflated to stock specs and they have good grip still I feel like.

So are the s21's better then q3's? I been using rosso2's for the last few years, so i was planning on trying the q3's next.

I'm a Q3 guy as well but picked up a pair of these for the kawi this afternoon. Big shoes to fill, I'll report back in a week or so. What pressure are you guys running?

I personally like them more. But it's down to user preference. They're worth a shot if you haven't tried them.

Running stock pressures at the moment, 36-42. Drop the rear 2psi if I'm in the twisties.

Got the 200/55 rear installed today.

What a pig of a setup the Gen 4 rear wheel is to put on solo. Have to say the old Honda was much easier to manage. Have to see if I can have a similar system with the rear brake so that it unbolts from the rear and then one can pivot it up out the way making dealing with spacers and the rear brake bracket easier to handle.

With 2 pairs of hands much easier but today I was solo and cursing.

On to the tyre. 36psi cold inflated. 60km ride to clear head after episode with rear wheel. Pissing down with rain. Did my nice little circuit and it was sure footed at decent wet speeds with some standing water. At this point in time it is coupled with a Rosso Corsa Front.

See how it goes in the dry and what distance it gives me. So far though, so good.

700kms wet and dry road - loving the rear. Lots of meat on the center and sticking nicely. It will be interesting to see what life I get out of it but so far very happy and will most likely go Front and Rear next time.
I think Bridgestone has a good tyre with the S21

Still haven't been able to test mine out but they certainly were a pain in the ass to mount.

That makes them worth a shot right there. The S20's were really good but the Q3's are really outstanding. Looks like the 21's could be my next tire.
Siwa likes this.
