Question 2014 zx10r lowering links installation Need Help on bolt removal

So on the lower rod tie suspension, the upper bolt flange is inserted from the right side of the bike and once you remove the nut on the left, the bolts can not pop out of the right becuz of the frame in the way, is there away to lift it up a little bit to clear the path for the upper bolt to slide out?

How are you lifting up the bike? Are you using rear swing are spoolers or you are lifting up the bike chassis with bike jack stands?
