Since the 520 chain is thinner, the spacing between the links is smaller. A 525 sprocket won't fit in between the links. So, yes, you would need to change to 520 specific sprockets.

I may not be perfect, but at least I don't ride a Suzuki.

For an alternative exhaust other than what they offer. I got my Two Brothers exhaust, which takes the cat out for $510 from kawi dealer in town. Very happy with it. It is extremely loud though. Will prob have to get the P1 Power tip like on my 06.

They let me add it to the loan so it wasn't a big deal. I'm also looking for the 3 piece GB racing engine covers.
