I know theres 9275 threads on 08's pulling to the right.. Well here lately, mines been darting off to the right.. Not so much "darting" when doing a stand up, or hands off the bars, but say a first gear hard roll on, I can already feel it wanting to pull to the right, and as soon as the front tire is off the ground, its already wanting to be in the other lane. The blocks are on the same marks, rear tire was balanced.. Its always pulled to the right but have noticed here lately that its gotten worse. Its not body position because I can be hanging off the left side of the bike and it still wants to. Anyone have any suggestions? It really only seems to pull harder under a strain.

Try adjusting the wheel some. If it's going to the right try adjusting the exhaust side chain tensioner towards the back of the bike.

I can't say for sure, but on my 2nd gen the marks on the blocks were wrong. I had someone that had a nice alignment tool confirm this when I was getting my pures installed.

I ran brass rods through my rear axle and my swingarm pivot......
When I measured on both sides, the spwingarm marks were almost half a hash off.
I don't trust those.

My 1g does the same on the street. Wheelies perfectly straight at the track though, Ive stopped caring about it.

You can also use the string method. Not only can the swing arm marks be off, there is also a lot of slop between the axle and the square blocks. However, in my experience, this won't cure a pull unless the rear wheel alignment was way way off.

Check your tire wear as well.
Your rear is probably worn in a different pattern (most are worn more on right than left) - when moving off your upright balance point the tire circumference changes drastically and will pull right much more quickly.
