I'm getting the green one (the black def looks better in the pics i've seen) ,but i'll go with green to show my love for the brand .What represents a kawi more than GREEN ? I think green (in the eyes of the other cyclists) will be the anti poser color,,okay maybe that's a little to far,but you get what i'm saying .Green will be the color for the folks who have been waiting since the early 90's when the ZX7 was born and had to suffer through till now before KAWI updated the big bore bike ......I may be off ,,jus an opinion

I kinda agree with you, when you hear a bike off in the distance and you look up to see what it is and see green, you know exactly what it is. I considered the green but... all my gear is blue and I saw those pics TB downloaded from Daytona, the blue is the prettiest blue I've ever seen on a bike. It's no contest for me. :D Plus this will be my first Kawa so I guess I am poser. :oops:

anyone who is really into motorcycles should be able to pick out the bike regardless of color. If they can't thats their loss. I'm getting the color I want , which is black :P

of course the color does not define the bike ,,but come on ,,,,Green defines kawaski for stock paint for most part .black does look the best i'll lhave to agree on that .

I am getting a green one, irl they always look fantastic :D :D and it is typical Kawa, stands out in sea of red honda's/yamaha's etc. etc. Next to that I don't want to buy new leathers/boots/gloves just yet :wink: .

I PUT MY ORDER IN FOR GREEN (MY 997R GREEN) BUT I MAY GO WITH THE BLACK. I WANT TO SEE BOTH IN PERSON BEFORE MAKING THE DECISION. IF I GO BLACK GREEN GEAR WILL HAVE TO MESH. GREEN LOOKS GREAT BUT THE BLACK SEEMS TO OVERTAKE IT. END RESULT NEEDS MORE GREEN PERHAPS.

all my kawa's are green...... green stands 4 kawa... gimme a green 1.. :shock:

I just wish it was the same green as my 01 ZX9R!!!
