I'm looking for some grip pads for the tank and the side of the frame for a 2008 ZX-10r. Does anyone have any pictures of the Stomp Grip Pads and/or pictures of the Tech Spec Grip Pads on a 2008-2010 ZX-10R? And if anyone has used either of these, What's your opinion on them? Thanks in Advanced

I use the stomp grip on my gen 1 racebike. they are functional allowing you to hold on to the bike with youre legs,allowing less fitiuge in the upper part of youre body ,forearms hands, ect.If they are for cosmetic reasons they dont look bad.Im in the middle of a rebuild and black ones are going on.

i also have the techspec...and love em! wouldnt ever go any other route!

Are stomp pads the only ones that come clear? From what I can tell, yes. I was going to try the Tech Specs this go around with my 848. I have a set of Stomps on my 10 and they tore up my leathers. Unfortunately, Tech Spec doesn't have a clear version of their tank traction pads so I ended up getting another set of Stomps in clear for the 848.

Soooo, where is the best place (read "cheap") to get the Tech Spec with the center tank protector?

I've heard good and bad about both products. I went with the stomp grip over the tech spec because they came in clear. So far I've been very happy with it nice improvement even if your just street riding.

i went with the tech-spec (snakeskin). i wanted traction, and they work great, easy to apply, and look really nice. got these in right before my trip to the gap, and i was quite impressed with them. ordered mine from konichd(303 cycle). called him monday, they were at the door 2 days later.

I wonder which Tank Pro (center piece) would look best on the ZX10 tank. Anyone have any picture of that piece to share? I see a couple of the #2's pictures in this thread; I'm thinking either that one or the #3. I would love to see a #3 on an 08-09 ZX10.

I have stomp grip on my 07. I didn't clean the surface that well so one side isn't sticking that well but that is my fault. For the street they are a little aggressive. I know you should gear up for all rides but if you do happen to make a short run in shorts you will notice it.

I like the Stomp grips but after I rode this thread , I have a question. Has anyone else tore up his suit with the stomps ?

All I know is,..I saw Yb's Tech-Spec's on his 08 at the rally and I was really liking them!........might get a set for my 05!
